At Pera the cooking is regional, made with whatever the season has given. This is a kitchen in no hurry.

The Indoor Restaurant

A Table Set in Every Season

Weather on the Black Sea turns quickly: the fog comes down, the rain begins. That is when the indoor restaurant takes over. Regional recipes, food cooked over the stove, and the forest through the window.

In winter this is the warmest place in the hotel. Guests do not scatter after dinner; the conversation runs long.

The Open-Air Restaurant

When the weather clears, the table is set outside. The sound of the Klaskur stream reaches right up to it, and as the light goes the stars come out.
