Purpose of the Site
This site exists to present Pera Boutique Hotel and to receive reservation requests from guests.
When Your Reservation Is Confirmed
Your reservation is confirmed the moment you verify your email address and complete payment; a confirmation email with your reservation number is sent to you. Please do not travel before receiving it; if it has not arrived, check your junk/spam folder and contact us.
Details submitted without completing payment do not create a reservation and do not hold a room.
Payment
The reservation price is paid in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, on the secure payment page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Your card details are entered directly with the payment institution, never on this site; at no stage does this site ask for card details by email or message.
Before payment you will be asked to accept the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement; cancellation and refund terms are set out there.
If you receive an email or message asking for card details, it did not come from us. Please do not reply, and let us know.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement you accept before payment. In short: for cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in time (14:00 on the check-in day), the full amount paid is refunded; no refund is made after that. Changes of dates or room are made by cancelling the existing reservation and making a new one.
Prices and Accuracy
The information on this site is prepared with care, but updates may lag and errors are possible. What is binding on price, availability and room features is the written confirmation the hotel sends you.
Photographs are illustrative; small differences between individual rooms are possible.
What You May Not Do
- Attempt to disrupt the site or circumvent its security
- Fill in forms using automated software, or send bulk messages
- Submit a request in someone else's name or with false information
- Copy the site's content without permission and use it commercially
Intellectual Property
The texts, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Pera Boutique Hotel. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take due care to keep the site running without interruption or error, but temporary access problems may occur due to technical faults, maintenance, or causes outside our control. The hotel cannot be held liable for indirect losses arising from such interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
