Privacy Policy

A clear and plain explanation of how your data is protected on our site.

At Pera Boutique Hotel we respect the privacy of everyone who visits our site. This policy explains in plain language what information is collected on perabutikhotel.com and how it is protected. The full details — which data, on what grounds, shared with whom and kept for how long — are in the Data Protection Notice.

Our Basic Principle

We do not ask for information we do not need. We use no advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics that follow you across sites. We do not sell your data.

Information Collected Through Forms

The reservation, contact and table booking forms ask only for what we need to serve you. Each form shows which fields are required: for example, telephone is required for a reservation and optional on the contact form.

This information is stored in the database on our server in Türkiye and is accessible only to authorised hotel staff. Records whose retention period has expired are erased automatically every night.

Services That Keep the Site Running

All site traffic passes through Cloudflare's network for security and speed, and the bot check on the forms is Cloudflare Turnstile. Automatic emails (verification code, reservation confirmation) are sent through Resend; the hotel's mailbox is on Google Workspace. Online payment is made on iyzico's secure page and your card details never reach us.

Fonts and Map

The fonts used on the site are served from our own server; opening the site does not make your browser contact Google or any other font service.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you press “Show the Map”. Until you do, no data is sent to Google.

Server Logs

Our server keeps an access log (IP address, browser, page requested and time) to detect faults and block attacks. These logs are not used for marketing and are deleted after 30 days.

Visit Measurement and Cookies

To understand how the site is used we count visits anonymously; a cookie to recognise your repeat visits is stored in your browser only if you consent. Details, and how to change your choice, are in the Cookie Policy.

Children's Privacy

The site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe information about your child has reached us, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
