Which cookies the site uses, and why.
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a website. This policy explains which cookies perabutikhotel.com uses and why.

In Short
We use no advertising cookies and no cookies that follow you across sites. Apart from a few cookies the site needs in order to work, a measurement cookie is stored only if you consent. Declining does not switch off any feature of the site.
Cookies We Use
- NEXT_LOCALE — language
- Remembers the language you chose. Deleted when you close the browser. Necessary.
- lapera_onay — cookie choice
- Remembers your cookie decision so the banner does not reappear on every visit. 1 year. Necessary (it is your choice itself).
- lapera_rz — reservation
- Recognises your selection from the reservation form through to payment. Stored only while you make a reservation, valid for 2 hours. Necessary.
- lapera_v — repeat visits (measurement)
- A randomly generated number used to recognise repeat visits; it is not linked to your name, email or IP address. 1 year. Stored ONLY IF YOU CONSENT, and deleted the moment you decline.
What You Should Know
- Declining switches nothing off; the site works with all its features in the same way.
- Our cookies are closed to browser scripts (HttpOnly) and are sent only to our site (SameSite=Lax).
- We use no advertising networks, social media pixels or external analytics tools.
- You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the very bottom of the page; lapera_v is deleted the moment you choose “Decline”.
Record of Your Decision
We record your decision so that we can prove you consented or declined. The record contains nothing that shows who you are: only your decision, its date, the version of the text and an irreversible technical digest. It is deleted after 5 years.
Measurement Without Consent
To understand which parts of the site attract interest, we count visits anonymously. Nothing is stored in your browser for this and your IP address is not kept; it is turned into an irreversible digest that changes every day, so it is technically impossible to follow anyone from one day to the next. This measurement is based on legitimate interest and needs no separate consent because no cookie is used. Raw records are deleted after 1 year; only daily totals remain.
Third Parties
The bot check on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when a form is opened; for this check Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser, and it stores no cookie on our domain.
The Google map on the contact page loads only when you press “Show the Map”, and at that moment Google may store its own cookies. Until you do, no Google cookie is stored in your browser.
Management panel cookies are for hotel staff only and are never stored for visitors.
How to Manage Cookies
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the very bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; however, if you block necessary cookies your language choice will not be remembered and the reservation form may not work.
In most browsers this setting is under “Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies”.
